The Martin Maq LBI 900 C Washer is the machine to wash carrots, potatoes, parsnips, turnips, etc. with a capacity of up to 15 t/h.It has cleaning lock-gates, water level detectors, self positioning drum, pneumatic valve for the disposal of mud, adjustable exit door to control the amount of product leaving the machine, speed adjuster for the drum.  The exit conveyor can be made of 2 or 3 meters to be adapted to the machine on an existing line.

The MARTIN MAQ Recycling and Filtering Tank DERE 1014 is used to accumulate water from the washer, polisher, etc. to its later use.Due to its design we can fix to this tank, 2, 3 or 4 deposits in line, to make the filtering completely effective with different size filters.Filtering capacity between 15 to 150 m3 per hour, depending on the number of deposits,  deposits which are accessible with a fork lift truck to remove them from under the machine and dispose of the mud accumulated.A water pump can be installed inside the deposit to move the water.

The Martin Maq Separating Drum for Solids BSS 930 is designed to eliminate from water any particles of solid matter, with a dimension larger than the gaps on the drum.

The Martin Maq Settling Tank DED1520 has the purpose of accumulating water from the washer, hoppers, etc. here the mud remaining will settle.

The tipper has protection barriers and a remote control On/off system, following the appropriate safety rules and regulations.
