Our range of water, air and final drying immersion washers of the LIAS series are the perfect machines to carry out a careful washing of the entire plant, including the interior of the leaves and the root, taking advantage of the effect that air bubbles have in its upward movement in the hopper.
The product leaves the washing machine through a modular elevator that drains the water that remains in the product, preventing it from going to the drying phase.
The air drying system removes excess water from the surface of the product, giving a final appearance of freshness to the product.
These washers are perfect for leeks, chives, and in general for any other product that requires a perfect finish.
They are built in food grade stainless steel, and have a solid and studied design that requires minimal maintenance.
