Our unique and innovative SRC series circular soaking system is ideal to perform the pre-wash function when the raw material (carrots, potatoes, etc.) is very dirty and the washing machines have difficulty removing dirt.
They also fulfill the function of intermediate storage in a processing line.
They have a water recirculation system and pneumatic drain valves that facilitate maintenance tasks. The outlet elevator has a speed variator to easily regulate the amount of product that comes out of the hopper.
They are entirely made of stainless steel, and only have moving parts submerged in the raw material extraction phase, which gives the system a robustness and low maintenance unique in the market.
